Cancellation of Delegate Registration
Cancellations for AIFST26 must be notified in writing to: aifst@aifst.com.au.
AIFST will acknowledge your cancellation by the next business day.
Registration is fully refundable up to 5.00pm (AEST) 21 days prior to the event - Monday 6 July, 2026.
There are no refunds on cancellations made after 5.00pm (AEST) Monday Monday 6 July, 2026.
Non-payment does not constitute cancellation
Alternate Delegates
Alternate delegates are welcome prior to 5.00pm (AEST) Friday 17th July, 2026 by advising AIFST via email to aifst@aifst.com.au. Alternate delegates will not be accepted after this time.
Please note - specific dietary requirements cannot be met for alternative delegates.
Cancellation of AIFST26 - 2026 AIFST Convention
In 2026, AIFST26 is to be held as a face-to-face event in Melbourne on July 27 and 28th 2026.
If the AIFST is unable to run the face-to-face Convention as planned due to Government imposed restrictions or other events beyond its reasonable control, the convention may be transferred to a virtual format at a date to be confirmed.
If the Convention is transferred to a virtual format, all registered delegates will receive a virtual ticket for the event and a refund of the price difference.
Attendees and Exhibitors
All attendees must register online with accurate contact information including name, contact number and email address, which in addition to being held in a secure database by AIFST, will assist with contact tracing where required.
Name badges will be issued at registration and must be always worn.
Insurance
Insurance including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The AIFST will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Liability
The AIFST shall not be held liable for personal accidents, losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of AIFST26. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
