With the theme Grow, Learn, Connect and Champion, AIFST26 is designed to spark new thinking, strengthen collaboration and drive meaningful conversations about building a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive food system. Through dynamic sessions and interactive discussions, attendees will explore the evolving landscape of food science and technology - expanding their knowledge, learning from leading experts and connecting with peers passionate about shaping the future of food.
