The week is open to everyone — from students and educators to professionals and the broader community — who want to learn more about the science behind our food. Across the week, AIFST showcase's how food science is helping address real-world challenges through topical webinars, stakeholder video insights, member-focused initiatives and new resources. The week also reinforces AIFST’s role in supporting professionals across the food science and technology community — and the value of being part of a network that drives progress and innovation. We look forward to championing food science and technology again in June 2027! |
