The vision of the 18th NZOZ Sensory and Consumer Science Symposium is to create a vibrant, welcoming, and collaborative platform that unites the Sensory & Consumer Science Communities from Australia and New Zealand. Our goal is to foster networking and idea sharing in order to keep the community up-to-date about the latest developments in this field, supporting students and professionals alike.
