Personalised Food Safety to Improve Food Safety Culture

This webinar follows on from the previous days webinar: Leading the Way: How Leadership Presence Influences Food Safety Culture Maturity

In this second webinar, we'll explore how personalised food safety strategies, coupled with the power of storytelling, can drive a culture shift within your organisation. By identifying role-specific behaviours and leveraging real-world experiences, you'll gain valuable insights into how individuals make sense of their environment and respond to food safety challenges.

Learn from success stories that showcase the benefits of cross-functional collaboration, and the substantial improvements achieved when leaders actively engage in food safety initiatives. These stories reveal how individuals interpret and give meaning to their experiences, resulting in a 51% improvement in good manufacturing practices. This demonstrates the crucial role of personal narratives in driving organisational change and fostering a strong food safety culture.

Join us as we explore the power of combining human behaviour insights with industry knowledge to create a resilient food safety culture within your organisation.

Expect to learn:

Objective 1 - Recall and recognise key components of personalised food safety strategies and the importance of storytelling in driving organisational change.

Objective 2 - Implement concepts of role-specific food safety behaviours and cross-functional collaboration to create tailored food safety strategies that improve organisational performance.

Objective 3 - Examine the influence of personal narratives and sensemaking on building a robust food safety culture, using real-world case studies to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement within your organisation.
