AIFST WA Branch Christmas Tour & Networking Drinks & Nibbles

Join the AIFST WA Branch for our annual Christmas Party, a professional yet relaxed social evening designed for networking and celebration with colleagues from across the WA Food and Dairy industries.

Dom & Kirsty Boccia, proprietors of La Delizia will provide the location for our networking event and provide a tour of their facility.

La Delizia have made fresh Italian cheese types in WA using traditional techniques from their heritage in Naples Italy. Mozzarella, Boconcini, Burrata and Stracciatella indicate the style of their highly awarded produce.

Recent years have seen La Delizia win an array of Dairy Industry, Royal Show, and other competitions, where quality of taste, and mastery of technique are paramount.

Light finger food will be provided with a range of soft drinks, beer and wines.

Due to the need to restart early the next day, the tours will start at 5 and at 5:30, followed by networking and refreshments until 7:30pm. There will be the opportunity to try the cheeses made in the factory.
