Join the AIFST WA Branch for our annual Christmas Party, a professional yet relaxed social evening designed for networking and celebration with colleagues from across the WA Food and Dairy industries.

• Venue: We will gather at European Foods in Osborne Park, a central hub for the WA food industry, featuring a major cheese store, tasting area, and sensory evaluation space.
• Exclusive Experience: Enjoy an exclusive tour of the "Cheese Cathedral" where you will be surrounded by over a hundred types of gourmet cheeses.
• Wine & Cheese Pairing: A renowned local winemaker and cheese expert from European Foods will host a guided discussion on the best wine and cheese pairings.
• Industry Insights: Stuart Johnson will give a tour of the Dairy Judging area used by our sister organisation, the DIAA, explaining the processes used in industry competitions.
• Networking: This is a fantastic opportunity for members to reconnect with peers and friends, celebrate a successful year, and welcome the close of 2025.
