Are you interested to hear about the dynamic and rapidly changing nature of the food industry from both industry and academia? UQ Food Science Club Networking Night provides an opportunity for Queensland-based young professionals to hear from a series of presentations from industry and academia on their experience of the food industry, how their careers started and how they see the future of food industry. This will be followed by a Q&A panel and networking session, with light food and refreshments provided.
For industry professionals and academics, this event is a great opportunity to share your knowledge of food science and food industry in Australia and give advice for the young food scientists and business professionals who are soon to enter into the industry, as well as to network with the future food scientists and food technologists.
For students, this event is a great opportunity to learn the various opportunities available in the food industry, gain insight on the current work and research, as well as the chance to network with various industry professionals and academics. Ask away your questions and get answers from experts in the field or receive useful tips and tricks for your career!
