Validation and Verification are integral processes of any Food Safety Program and HACCP plan. Yet these terms cause confusion regarding the difference between them and how these techniques are applied well in practice.
This webinar provides clear definitions for validation and verification as well as best practice guidance for food safety and quality practitioners. In addition to reviewing the range of validation and verification activities, the webinar will also touch on calibration.

Andreas has more than 25 years’ experience as a professional Food Scientist and Technologist within the Australian food industry.
Andreas gained in-depth understanding of retail technical and quality management through his three-year role with the innovation-leading retailer Marks & Spencer in the UK. Returning to Australia he worked as Technical Manager and Supply Chain Sustainability Manager with Coles Supermarkets for seven years. 
Currently, Andreas is a partner and director in the Quality Associates group providing quality services and training to the food industry.
