Robin Sherlock, MAIFST

Rob Sherlock is an industry professional with over 15 years’ experience in the food industry and has worked with a broad range of stakeholders to establish robust allergen management tools and programs to reduce risk for both industry and food allergic consumers. 

Sherlock Food Allergen Risk Management can provide:
