The AIFST 50th Anniversary Convention was held from 17 - 18 July 2017 at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour. The theme of the Convention was The Future of Food with over 65-speakers providing insights on the technology, science and innovation that will underpin the food industry for the next 50-years. With over 650 delegates attending the Convention during the two-day event, the 50th Anniversary Convention was one of AIFST's most successful annual events.
