She has qualifications in nutrition and business marketing and for the past 25 years has worked with global and local food brands and producers, including a period working in-house with one of Australia’s iconic food brands. She partners with her clients to assist them prepare for the future by sharing her insights around the health and nutrition related drivers shaping the future of food and advising on the application of these insights to innovation, marketing and business strategy.
