Relevant, useful skills standards are a major factor in building the strength of an industry in a rapidly changing environment. To keep the food and beverage processing qualifications and skill sets up to date, it’s the industry itself that can drive changes, build new qualifications and modify existing ones.

This webinar will describe how the process for developing the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Training Package takes advice about innovations and consumer trends from industry experts, moulds this to fit the Vocational Education and Training system requirements for training providers and food and beverage processors across the country to use.

Presented by Julie Stratford, Industry Engagement Manager at Skills Impact, you will learn:

  • The role that industry plays in the Vocational Education and Training system
  • Which consumer trends are driving changes to current qualifications
  • How qualifications and skill sets are developed
  • How to get involved in developing qualifications for your industry
