Food regulation can be confusing!

Do you ever ask yourself "How do I know if the ingredients I want to use in my new product are approved and safe?"

Or what about... "How do I know what I can or can’t say about my product?"

Food labels provide a wide range of information to help consumers make food choices, whether these are based on personal preferences or the need to avoid certain ingredients or types of foods.

This workshop will provide a practical overview of the requirements that manufacturers are required to adhere to when labelling and advertising food products and initiatives that the industry have developed to ensure the health and safety of consumers and to protect their brands.

Whether you are entering the food industry or just trialling new products, learn more about the regulations that can protect your products and your consumers.

Join the AIFST for an afternoon of navigating the food regulation maze.
