Feedback Sought on Revised Retail Baking Qualification, New Units & Skill Sets

Have your say on Vocational and Educational training for the baking sector. 

In response to feedback received during the recent consultation period, Skills Impact has worked with the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) to develop a revised Certificate IV in Advanced Baking, three new skill sets and three new units of competency. The TAC has also recommended the deletion of six units of competency from the existing FDF40811 Certificate IV in Advanced Baking.
