AIFST members and guests are invited to an Oktoberfest inspired fermentation evening, examining the properties of beer, meats and sauerkraut.  Please join us as we delve into how fermentation works, what happens during this process and why it occurs. Insights from guest speakers will also be paired with some product tasting and a light networking supper.
