2022 AIFST Summer School - Virtual Event
Over the years, the AIFST Summer School has brought students together to engage in opportunities to learn, be inspired and promote individual research projects focusing on the food industry. In 2022, the AIFST Summer school will be held on February 9 & 10 as a virtual event for all students.
The theme for this year is Food Scientists – inventing the future – collaboration & innovation and aims to teach students about how the many disciplines of food science in the agrifood industry of the future and how to prepare to play a role in the enormous growth opportunities of Australia’s food manufacturing sector.
