· Pathogen movement and transfer in the food chain

· Pragmatic/semi-quantitative approaches to risk assessment
· Mathematical advances in risk modelling
· Balancing food safety risks vs other risks
· Is there a (non-zero) "Acceptable Level of Protection" ?
· The way forward - making risk assessments usable
Proffered Posters:
Most oral presentations will be by invitation, but there will be an active poster program. Posters consistent with the aims of the meeting, and aligned with Symposia topics, are invited. Selected poster presenters may be invited to communicate their work as oral presentations.
