This will allow you to assess the maturity of your food safety and determine where your gaps are. Anthony will share with you the best practices that are currently being applied by Australian food companies and the direct and indirect benefits these are having to food businesses.

Anthony has over 25 years of experience as a food safety professional. Anthony has a BSc Honours in Food Science and is approved by the International HACCP Alliance as a Lead HACCP instructor. He is a passionate food safety visionary who understands that evolving circumstances require flexibility and leads food safety professionals in meeting the ever-changing needs of industry.
Anthony started EyeOnRisk in May 2019 with the aim to leverage his international experience to provide our current and future food safety leaders with the practical tools to become highly effective leaders.
