One of the most important roles in a food production plant is that of Quality Assurance. The quality of ingredients, processes and products must be continually monitored and controlled to make sure that the food products produced are of a consistently high quality.
You will implement Hazard Analysis programs to track and monitor the quality of products at all critical points - from delivery of raw materials to the stacking of finished products. You will focus on ingredient review, complaint investigation, quality assessment and physical and chemical analysis of products. You could also monitor factory cleaning, hygiene and food handling.
