You could work on developing food products
that provide better formulations, offer healthier snack options or eliminate
fats. You could add new healthy ingredients that promote the growth
of good bacteria in the digestive system, or probiotics, which are live,
active cultures that promote digestive health.
You could target different groups of consumers,
like children, teenagers, young mothers or women over forty, who have
different nutrition needs. You will be developing and producing a range
of foods that satisfy their taste, choice and food safety needs while
meeting their nutritional needs.
