As the Manager of a Quality Control or Assurance team, you will oversee quality systems and practices throughout your company’s production operation. You would liaise with the Production Manager on issues relating to day-to-day operations, approve or reject starter materials and monitor packaging materials and finished goods.
You would manage all aspects of microbiological and physical testing and reporting. You could also develop and monitor a Food Safety and Product Risk Management Policy.
