You will need to be a decisive, innovative people manager. You will also need a strong technical, financial and marketing background and be involved all aspects of strategic analysis, acquisitions, R&D and finance.

You will have to keep ahead of the pack and stay in front with technology, processing and quality. You may be responsible to a board of directors or to shareholders. Either way, as the CEO the buck stops with you!
