2009 Convention Registration form Print out the registration form from the link above and fax it to 02 8399 3997 or enter the secure registration  site and register and pay online Full delegates that are also attending a workshop on the Thursday of the convention are entitled to a discount - contact National office for details  on  02 8399 3996 email aifst@aifst.com.au       Please note the following parameters for registration ( 1) Delegates must register separately, the site cannot process registrations for more than one person on one entry, the exception is for an accompanying person (  partner for social events)  in this case the site  will ask you the name of the accompanying person and add this to your registration   (2) You can process multiple registration options for each  delegate eg. a day + a workshop, or a full registration +   a workshop or 2 single days and the system will add your multiple registration options to obtain a total cost.
