International research has highlighted that having a “clean label” is not a trend. It’s become the “new norm”, with many consumers willing to pay more for food & drink products made with ingredients they recognise and trust. Understanding “clean labels” has become more important than ever. DIAA WA Branch is holding a professional workshop with a number of industry speakers, who will cover topics including understanding probiotic cultures (Ch. Hansen), native starches (Tate & Lyle) and natural flavours (Magnum Essence), along with several others.
Senthil K. Natarajan, Additive Solutions
“Protective cultures for dairy – Raw milk to finished products.”
Nehal Patel, Brownes Dairy
“Hunt & Brew: Innovative clean label product.”
Damian Gregory, Ch. Hansen
